Chris Rak has over 16 years experience in creating medium to large scale sculptures for both the private and public sector.
Having initially trained as a sculptor Chris went on to complete a second degree in Interior Architecture allowing him to push the boundaries of his art practice.
Chris has been able to meld both these object based and spatial disciplines to create a practice which prides itself on having the expertise to successfully insert sculptural installations into any space.
His passion lays in the challenge of achieving a harmonious relationship between object and space and witnessing the ongoing transformation and experiential qualities they share.
As part of his holistic approach to his art and design practice, Chris collaborates on various architectural projects with his wife Kathryn Robson; (www.robsonrak.com.au) together crafting exciting and timeless spaces.
